We offer this because not one person has ever asked for this in the past 20 yrs.
Atanasia started learning piano at the age of three and a half. Her mother was afraid she may be overwhelmed and discouraged, or lose interest,
and wasn’t sure her daughter would enjoy it and have a positive experience.
But not too long after starting lessons with Greenville Piano & Accordion Lessons, she started to have fun and learn many new songs each week, famous songs that she recognized & already knows and she was able to play them with ease. And the best part? She has fun learning!
She actually wants to practice and does so every day for at least one and a half hours at her home and attends weekly piano lessons at our studio.
Now, Atanasia is 9 years old and loves to show off her piano playing skills to her grandparents, perform at recitals and festivals at Bob Jones University at Judging events! She’s even begun to aspire to become a piano teacher when she grows up.
The student you’re hearing has been playing for five years and has been a Judge’s favorite multiple times at Bob Jones University.
Joseph also began taking piano lessons at the age of three and a half. His mother was unsure if he was going to stick with it, stay focused, and have a good attitude, as he is always rushing to things and she was concerned he wouldn’t be able to get him to sit down and practice.
But fast forward four years later, and he has a regular routine of practicing piano at home for an hour and a half each day and always looks forward to his weekly lessons at Greenville Piano and Accordion Lessons.
Just like Atanasia, Joseph too even aspires to be a piano teacher one day. Since starting piano lessons with us, Joseph has been selected as Judge’s Favorite at the Festival at Bob Jones University and was even the youngest finalist in a piano competition at Converse College at just 6 years old.
This is Joseph featured in the video below. He has been playing for 4 yrs and Judges favorite multiplied times at Bob Jones University.
The Student Accelerator Program is a once-a-week piano program designed specifically for children ages 4–18.
In this program, the average student moves through five years of musical material in half the time.
Many of our most dedicated students have even completed the program in less than two years.
Why Students Progress Faster
Here are just a few things students experience:
This is the main way students make progress. Each week, students learn new concepts and a half a dozen songs to play for mom and dad at home. They learn all music with us….unlike 90 % of studios that teach concepts and then force the kids to practice at home.
No student in our studio ever gets stuck at home….we make sure of it. We offer support by phone, email, or video to ask questions and get help.
Is practice a struggle? It doesn’t have to be. When you join our premier lesson program, we provide each parent with a guide to help their students succeed. We show you how we get results with students….sometimes with as little as 15 minutes of practice.
Did you know that it’s possible for a student to sound good from their very first lesson? It’s true. In this very first session that students will have with us…they will learn all the basics and fundamentals of steady, smooth playing in one hour.
Our students sound great, and we want the world to know it. After a few months, your child will be invited to perform in our superstar performances, which are shared with the other students in the studio.
Watch your child light up as he/she shares their music with friends. It’s such a powerful motivator and encouragement to our students.
Your student will have the opportunity to perform in public during our Fall and Spring recitals, building confidence and performance experience.
Your student will have the opportunity to participate in the world-renowned Royal Conservatory System at Furman University, giving parents confidence that we are providing our students with a well-rounded music education.
Your student may participate in this annual judging event held at Bob Jones University each February.
Your student can continue learning during the summer through special lessons and music camps offered during school breaks.
Studio openings are limited.
We are currently accepting only six new students.
To reserve one of these spots, simply click below to send a lesson request to our office.
By starting lessons, you will commit to studying throughout the school year; however, there is no obligation to continue lessons. But, I am confident that your child will love our program- it will be the highlight of their week!
